A rich aromatic profile
VERTIGO embodies an immediate and vibrant expression of fruit, driven by the energy of young vines and the unique character of the schist terroir. The wines reveal dazzling profiles, combining freshness, precision, and lusciousness in a decidedly approachable style.
Gentle, minimal-intervention winemaking preserves the purity of aromas and the spontaneity of the juice. A dynamic and seductive signature, designed for immediate enjoyment and sharing.

White vertigo
Driven by Grenache and Maccabeu, it captivates with its balance between mineral tension and generous fruit. Aged on fine lees and vinified with indigenous yeasts, it retains remarkable purity. A luminous, precise, and thirst-quenching white wine, designed for immediate enjoyment.
VERTIGO BLANC is built around a classic, ultra-local blend of grape varieties, predominantly Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, and Maccabeu. It embodies youthful dynamism with fruity energy.

VERTIGO RED
Sourced from young, biodynamically cultivated plots on the calcareous schist soils of Mas Amiel, Vertigo expresses the vibrant energy of Grenache Noir and Carignan with refreshing freshness. Hand-harvested and vinified with indigenous yeasts using gentle extraction, it reveals a full and radiant palate with notes of red fruit, fresh rose, and schist.
Vertigo is the result of a subtle blend of indigenous grape varieties cultivated biodynamically. Grenache Noir and Carignan draw their fruity energy from the diverse calcareous schist terroirs. This cuvée also demonstrates the strength of this terroir in young vines with a promising future.

CALCOSCHIST TERROIR
The VERTIGO wines are rooted in vineyards cultivated entirely biodynamically, on the schist and calcareous schist slopes typical of Mas Amiel and the surrounding vineyard sites. These light, poor, and well-drained soils, close to the bedrock, force the vines to draw their energy from deep within, thus promoting the purest expression of the fruit and terroir. Biodynamics complements this natural process by strengthening the living balance of the soil and the vine.


The integrity of the grape, the precision of the gesture
GRAPE HARVEST AND WINEMAKING
The harvest is done entirely by hand. The grapes are then fully destemmed. Each plot is vinified with indigenous yeasts, without sulfites, terroir by terroir, to allow them to express their specific characteristics and fresh juice.
VERTIGO WHITE: The grapes are sorted on a sorting table. Gentle direct pressing. Settling overnight at 10°C, without any oenological additives, then fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 20 hl stainless steel tanks. Fermentation at 16-18°C.
VERTIGO RED: Ultra-gentle vinification in 84 hl concrete tanks with very light daily pump-overs to assist the fermenting grapes.
